I-Camp An intense boot camp based circuit training workout to enhance ones agility, balance, core strength and endurance. The high and low impact exercises include MMA inspired movements, plyometrics, resistance and body weight strength training, and sports conditioning.

Kettlebell Training (small group) Learn Kettlebell techniques from basic to advanced progressing at your own pace. When you are proficient at the basic moves we will move on to the more advanced techniques. Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements which accelerates fat loss! Must have completed 5 classes before advancing to whole hour.
TRX "Extreme Burn" Circuits Training High intensity interval training (HIIT) and metabolic circuits will have you burning calories fast! Metabolic circuits will raise your resting metabolic rates so you will burn calories up to 48 hours after training! There are two TRX "Extreme Burn" Circuit workouts - TRX, Kettlebells and Spinning, or TRX and MMA.
