TRX Metabolic (HIIT) Circuit & Interval Training -High-intensity interval training with circuits that will raise your resting metabolic rate to allow the body to burn calories for up to 48 hours after training. TRX, BOSU Balance Trainers, Medicine balls, Free weights, Kettlebells, Exercise balls, and Body Weight are incorporated into workouts.
TRX 30-minute Express -Intense total-body cardio and strength training using all core all the time for an efficient fat-burning, endorphin boosting, challenging workout in 30 minutes.
TRX Bootcamp -Bootcamp classes run 4 weeks. Stay with the same group of people for the entire 4 weeks. Beginning and final fitness assessments and weekly progress tracking are included in all bootcamp packages. Bootcamps will start at the beginning of each month. Sign-up in advance is required. |
